Green Tea Matcha Smoothie made with only 3 ingredients!
Have you ever tried Green Smoothie? Maybe it doesn’t look very appealing but it’s very delicious. By combining fruits and leafy veggies the green smoothie is the best. You probably know that green smoothies help to shed some weight, boosts your immune system and gives lots of nutritious for your body.
I know that sometimes you feel that leafy greens are boring or they don’t taste great. However, creating a perfect green recipe is not always easy. But it is definitely achievable. For me personally eating dinner without any vegetable is not a full dinner. I have to have my greens in there. Period.
Lately I am making more green smoothies at my home. I drink them for a lunch or sometimes breakfast.

3 Ingredient Green Tea Matcha Smoothie
- 1 Tsp. Matcha powder I used Enzo Matcha powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water I used Cocozia Coconut Water
- 1 banana sliced
- Blend all ingredients together in a powerful blender.
