Baked Potatoes with Garlic Butter, Dill and Radishes
Baked potatoes with fresh dill, buttery garlic and radishes. These potatoes are perfect as an Appetizer. They can be also served as a side dish.
Potatoes are my favorite vegetable, I can eat them all the time: baked, mashed etc. This dish is definitely perfect for appetizer or main dish, like we ate. Garlic, Dill and Radishes are perfect addition to them. I think they will be great for a –> Party!
If you like fresh dill, you’ll definitely love these potatoes. The garlic butter is perfect addition to them by adding more flavor. Radishes combine very well with baked potatoes as well. I think it’s perfect yummy combo.

Baked Potatoes with Garlic Butter, Dill and Radishes
Ingredients
- 2 large red potatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons garlic butter
- 3-4 radishes
- 1/2 cup chopped dill
Instructions
- Wash red potatoes very well and do not peel. Immerse into water and cook for about 1 hour or until they are cooked and soft. Set aside and let them cool off.
- Put parchment paper on cooking sheet, spread some garlic butter on it. Slice potatoes (about 1/2 inch thick) and put them nicely on the cooking sheet. Spread garlic butter on them. Bake at 390 F for about 20 minutes. When they are done, add shredded radishes and dill on each potato. Serve immediately:)
