How to make Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

To make zucchini fries in the Air Fryer, start by cutting the zucchini into sticks, just like you would with regular fries. Make sure they are all roughly the same size to ensure even cooking. Once you have your zucchini sticks ready, simply arrange them in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket. However, be careful not to overcrowd the basket. It’s best to put the fries side by side, without stacking them on top of each other. If you have a smaller Air Fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.

To ensure they turn out nice and crispy, give them a quick spray of cooking oil. This will help them brown and become deliciously crunchy.

Next, set your Air Fryer temperature to 350°F (175°C) and the timer for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them as cooking times may vary depending on your Air Fryer model. You want the zucchini fries to turn golden brown and crispy, so adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Once the zucchini fries are perfectly cooked, carefully remove them from the Air Fryer basket and transfer them to a serving plate. The crispy exterior and tender interior of these fries will surely impress your friends and family. You can enjoy them as a delicious side dish, a tasty snack, or even as a healthier alternative to traditional french fries.

If you don’t already have an Air Fryer, I highly recommend the Ninja Air Fryer or Secura Air Fryer that will make your cooking experience even more enjoyable. With its precise temperature control and rapid air circulation technology, you can achieve perfectly crispy and delicious zucchini fries every time!
