The most simple banana cinnamon french toast recipe you’ll ever find. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!
After posting my Chocolate Chip Pancakes it was time for this easy cinnamon french toast served with banana and drizzled with chocolate. My children usually have plain french toast for supper but I’ve never thought about adding any other spices like cinnamon until now. I just usually use bread and egg, that’s all. But after some thoughts I decided to improve my french toast and add it some sugar and cinnamon. The cinnamon french toast were a hit at my house. My children loved them. I will be definitely making them often.
If you are planning any brunch family gathering consider making my yummy cinnamon french toast recipe. I am pretty sure everyone will be asking for more!
The best part about french toast is that they are so quick to make, just couple minutes and you can have delicious breakfast. First of all, I whisked the egg, then I added some milk, cinnamon and sugar. Secondly, I dipped my bread in the mixture and I fried it on the pan. While I love bananas my cinnamon french toast had to be served with banana. On top of it I also drizzled with melted chocolate. Of course this option is optional but think about how delicious they are with that chocolate.
Also, to add a little more sweetness you can add some maple syrup. We added to ours. Not to much becuase I didin’t want to make too sweet. I am not a huge fan of really…but really sweet desserts. I always try to find my balance.
