Carrot Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Healthy and kid-friendly carrot strawberry banana smoothie.
No refined sugars, no additional sweeteners… just vegetable and fruits. My younger son does not want to eat any vegetables, so I have a little problem with that, he only eats cucumber and corn that is all. I figure it out a way to make him eat more vegetables and I am experimenting with different flavors of vegetables and fruits. This carrot strawberry banana smoothie is success, he loves it!
