Easy Barbecue Chicken
Juicy, healthy and easy Barbecue Chicken perfect for everyday dinner! Sometimes I am ready to prepare quick dinners without any necessary kitchen equipment or fancy herb/spices. This easy barbecue chicken was made quickly as possible. It was ready in 30 minutes which I love. However, if you don’t count marinating process. Because I let my breast chicken sit and marinate for couple hours. And the end result was perfect with tender and moist chicken.
I was amazed how this easy barbecue chicken was good and I was surprised that I didn’t require a lot of ingredients. My younger son said that this is yummy and I was happy that he likes it. My children have their own special food and they don’t really want to try new foods. However, I am constantly looking for new ideas. When I make a new dinner I always put on the plate for my children. And they will try it. They will tell me if they like it or not. I don’t force them to eat if they don’t like it. The next day is a new food and a new adventure around our house:)
So I’ve made this easy barbecue chicken and they liked it very much. I added some fresh vegetables that I had around my house: lettuce, tomatoes, celery and radishes. Yes we eat lots of radishes here in this house. I add them often in my recipes. I’ve made Stuffed Eggs and Farmer’s Cheese Appetizer with radishes before. It was so good. What’s your favorite everyday dish? Do you like chicken the most or something else.

Your pictures and recipe is amazing!!!! What kind of BBQ sauce did you use? I have a 6-yr old who is a picky eater as well so, it’s so hard to find something that she will eat if it’s not cereal or chocolate or ice cream. Than you!
I know how it is with picky eaters:) I used the generic Walmart “Great Value”. I like also Sweet Baby Ray’s. Sweet Baby Ray’s is more sweeter than Great value.
