I ate to much over the summer and I really need more healthy version of food/smoothies /desserts for lunch:) This blueberry banana greek yogurt is satisfying dessert or lunch (like for me). Instead of a sandwich I can eat something light ….
For this blueberry banana greek yogurt yummy dessert-lunch I used just a half banana to add a little sweetness, no need to use refined sugars. So it is totally HEALTHY! I picked my blueberries in July but I froze them and I am packed for the winter. Maybe I will make jam, muffins and more delicious recipes:)
Healthy Blueberry Banana Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- half large banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. greek yogurt
- Put in the blender [Ninja Blender] blueberries, banana, 1/2 cup greek yogurt and blend until smooth.
- To decorate put 1 Tbsp. of greek yogurt on the bottom of the glass, then pour half of the blueberry greek yogurt, add 1 Tbsp. of the greek yogurt, add rest of the blueberry banana greek yogurt.
