Who’s ready for healthy buttermilk mango banana smoothie? I am.. that’s for sure. I can drink this smoothie all day long:) It is so easy to do, just put all ingredients to the blender and mix.
Since I was a little girl I loved smoothies and I still enjoy them. I am happy that my children are crazy about them too:) My younger son doesn’t eat a lot of vegetables, so I am trying to add some vegetables to smoothies, for example in this recipe Carrot Strawberry Banana Smoothie and it is success for me. He loves it:)
Healthy Buttermilk Mango Banana Smoothie
- 1 large mango
- 1 small banana
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- Peel mango and banana. Add all ingredients to the blender and mix.
- Enjoy healthy smoothie:)
