- 9 chicken thighs
- 1 red onion small
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper optional
