3 Ingredient nonalcoholic pina colada smoothie recipe perfect for summer parties!
So, I’ve got this craving lately for coconut and pineapple. I am crazy about this flavor. That’s why I just created my new recipe for pina colada smoothie. Since I tried coconut water I am using this water more for my recipes. I don’t usually drink coconut water by itself but I use it a lot for my smoothies and healthy desserts.

I usually drink my smoothie instead of lunch. Large smoothie is so satisfying so I don’t actually need to eat lunch. However, sometimes when I am craving something sweet after dinner I make a smoothie. It is sweeten naturally with fruit. And I am happy that I can stop my craving with healthy drink instead of eating caloric dessert.

Pina Colada Smoothie
- 1/2 cup coconut water*
- 1 1 /2 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes unsweetened
- Blend coconut water, pineapple chunks and coconut flakes in the blender.
*Add more coconut water if the smoothie is too thick.
