Ingredients

  • 6 cups warm water (not hot)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice approx. 1 large lemon
  • 5 Tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 cup raspberries

Optional

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

Instructions

  • In a large jar or pitcher, pour in the water.
    6 cups warm water
  • Squeeze the juice from fresh lemon and add it to the water.
    1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Add honey and stir well until it is fully dissolved.
    5 Tbsp. honey
  • Gently add the raspberries to the mixture.
    3/4 cup raspberries
  • Let the drink rest for approximately 30 minutes before serving.
