Mini strawberry bruschetta with cream cheese and sweet honey.

Strawberry Honey Bruschetta by ilonaspassion.com

Sweet, yummy little sandwiches with cream cheese, strawberries and honey. Such a delicious little bruschetta that can be perfect for lunch, dessert or a party! Any day and any time is good for bruschetta. They are totally delicious. Did you ever eat bread with strawberries? I didn’t and it was my first time but not last.

I made strawberry honey bruschetta for lunch the other day and my son loved it. And me too, it was just perfect and easy to make. French baguette, cream cheese, chopped strawberries and everything smeared with honey. Totally perfect lunch! Strawberries are my favorite so when I thought about these mini sandwiches I already knew that strawberries + honey will be the best combination.

Sometimes the easiest recipes are the best. I’ve never thought that bruschetta with fruits and honey will be so tasty. I usually make bruschetta with tomatoes. But this was clever idea to change everything a little. I bet this recipe will be so good for any party, for example Tea Party:)

They can be prepared early which is a win-win situation when you want to make something early for the party. Also they can be eaten cold and also they look pretty after couple of hours. Just simply cover the little sandwiches so they will not dry out and keep it refrigerated. Just before eating take them out from the fridge and Enjoy!

So pretty and tasty. I thought of making something so similar as we picked a bunch of strawberries last Saturday. These would be so good for a party too. Even drizzling some syrupy raspberry balsamic would be great.
