Refreshing, sweet and healthy triple berry smoothie made quickly with only few ingredients. “This post is on behalf of NinjaKitchen. All opinions are my own. I wasn’t compensated for review but I received a product for free.”
In my house I basically make smoothies everyday. My children eat dinner right after school and after that they are coming back to the kitchen for more food. They are constantly hungry. If I don’t provide anything nutritious they will be grabbing junk snacks. So right after dinner I prepare usually bowl with fruits or smoothie. I even put spinach in it and they don’t even know it. Finally they are full for a while… probably until supper.
I’ve been using Ninja Kithen products for the past 3 years now and I love it. I use it mainly for smoothie. However, I also use it to blend broccoli soup or creamy butternut squash soup. It is probably the most useful equipment in my kitchen and I use it daily. Recently I’ve received a new Ninja Nutri Bowl DUO with Auto-iQ Boost and I am very happy so far. It came with Nutri Cup and Nutri Bowl. It means that now I can make snacks, meals and smoothies with it. Nutri Cup is basically for smoothies while Nutri Bowl is used to make cookies, snacks and even dough for bread sticks. Also, it came with a book with lots of recipes that I am planning to make in the near future.
This tiple berry smoothie I made using my new Ninja Kitchen blender. The blender has an option to Boost Yes Extract so my smoothie came out very smooth. However, I used frozen berries so it is better to choose Boost Yes Extract. This triple berry smoothie is healthy, refreshing and delicious. I used three types of berries: raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. To sweeten my smoothie I used 1 banana. Instead of coconut water like I always do I used coconut milk and it was so good.
