- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup half & half cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Chocolate Sauce
Melt butter in saucepan. Add semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, cream, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup dark chocolate chips, 1/2 cup half & half cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cook all ingredients on a low heat mixing often until all chocolate will melt. About 5 - 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with dippers.
Fondue Dippers
Strawberries, pineapple, banana, orange, pretzels, ladyfingers, marshmallows, little waffle cookies, angel food cake etc.

- Unsalted Butter – the best is to use not salty butter.
- Milk – to make it creamy. Plant based milk can be substituted.
- The combination of semi-sweet and dark chocolate taste the best.
- Cook homemade chocolate sauce on low heat, mix it often.
- Warm up before serving.
- If the sauce is too thick for your liking, add few tablespoons of milk.
