  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

Toppings

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 avocado large

Instructions

Fried Fish

  1. Cut fish into strips. Season with salt. I used basa fillets for this recipe.

  2. Heat oil in the frying pan.

  3. In a medium bowl whisk the egg. In a separate bowl add bread crumbs.

  4. Dip each white fish strip into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs. Both sides.

  5. Fry white fish strips on low-medium heat for about 5-10 minutes on each side.

Tomato Salsa

  1. Dice tomatoes and place in a medium sized bowl.

  2. Add cilantro, green onion and sea salt. Mix well. Set aside.

Toppings

  1. Slice avocado.

  2. Stuff each tortilla with 2 - 3 white fish strips, lettuce, tomato salsa and avocado.

Recipe Notes

Use any type of whitefish: cod, tilapia, basa etc.
