Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pot.

Add onion to the pot, cook for about 3 minutes until slightly brown.

Add sausages to the pot, cook over medium-high heat until fully cooked for approximately 5 minutes, add garlic and cook additional 2 minutes.

Add diced potatoes. Add chicken broth and salt. Bring mixture to boil then reduce heat to low-medium heat. Cook for approximately 25 minutes, slighly covered.
3 white potatoes, 8 cups stock, 1 tsp. salt
Add kale and beans, cook for 5 minutes.
2 cups kale, 19 oz. cannellini beans
Remove from heat, add whipping cream.
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Garnish with parmesan cheese for serving.
