Calories:
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. dried currants
- 1 Tbsp. walnuts
In the cooking pan pour milk, add quick oats.
Cook on medium or low heat for 5 - 8 minutes until oats are soft.
Add maple syrup and mix.
Add walnuts, cranberries and currants.
