Notes

  • When it comes to preparing broccoli, it is always best to cut it into small and manageable pieces. By doing so, you can ensure that the broccoli will cook through evenly, resulting in a tender and delicious texture. Not only does this method of cutting make it easier to handle the broccoli, but it also allows for efficient and effective cooking.
  • When it comes to baking fish, there are two choices: covered or uncovered. If you choose to bake the fish covered, this method will help to retain the moisture and tenderness of the fish. By sealing it in with a cover, the fish will cook in its own juices, resulting in a succulent and flavorful dish. On the other hand, baking the fish uncovered will allow for a slight caramelization to occur. This will create a slightly crusty exterior while maintaining a moist interior. It's all about personal preference and the desired outcome of your dish.
  • The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets or whole fish. It's always a good idea to keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, quinoa, pasta.
