Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe

  • 1 small chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chive
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • salt/pepper to taste optional


  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini



  • In a small bowl mix mustard with honey. Dice the chicken breast and mix with marinate.
  • Leave it for 2 hours.
  • Melt the butter on the frying pan, add chicken and cook uncovered on medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes. At the end of cooking add chive. Add salt and pepper if you prefer


  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare the pan with parchment paper. Lay zucchini and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
