Healthy Chocolate Truffles {Gift Idea}

Vegan and healthy chocolate truffles with almonds and dates will be a great gift idea.

Ingredients

  • 15 dates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup walnuts pieces
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes unsweetened

Instructions

  • Pitted dates soak in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes.
  • In the blender add dates with water and walnuts. Blend all very well.
  • In a medium bowl combine dates, walnuts, almond meal and cacao powder.
  • Form 12 - 15 balls. Roll each ball in coconut flakes.
