Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Cherries

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. honey*
  • 3/4 cup cherries

Instructions

  • Blend avocado, almond milk, cocoa powder and honey in blender to reach nice consistency.
  • Remove pits from cherries and cut in half.
  • In a glass put some mousse, then cherries, mousse and cherries on top.

Notes

It can be sweeten more if desired.
