Corn and Kale Salad

- 3 cups kale chopped
- 1/2 cup chive chopped
- 2 1/2 cups corn frozen & cooked
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lime
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
In a large bowl mix kale, chive, corn and cilantro.
In a small glass container add olive oil. Squeeze lime juice and add it to the olive oil. Add pressed or shredded garlic and salt. Mix together.
Add dressing to the salad and mix.
