Coconut Sugar Cinnamon Baked Pears Dessert

- 3 pears
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut pears in half, remove the inside seeds and make a hole.
In a medium bowl combine 3 Tbsp. coconut oil, oats, coconut sugar
Stuff each pear.
Bake for 25 -30 minutes. Until pears are soft and oats are crunchy.
