Coconut Sugar Cinnamon Baked Pears Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 pears
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Cut pears in half, remove the inside seeds and make a hole.
  • In a medium bowl combine 3 Tbsp. coconut oil, oats, coconut sugar
  • and cinnamon
  • Stuff each pear.
  • Bake for 25 -30 minutes. Until pears are soft and oats are crunchy.
