Raspberry Pink Lemonade

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 cups warm water warm (not hot)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice approx. 1 lemon
  • 5 Tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 cup raspberries

Optional

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

Instructions

  • In a large jar pour water.
    6 cups warm water
  • Squeeze lemon juice from lemon. Add the lemon juice to the water. Add honey and mix well.
    1/4 cup lemon juice, 5 Tbsp. honey
  • Add raspberries.
    3/4 cup raspberries
  • Rest the drink for approximately 30 minutes.

Optional

  • Add more honey if desired
  • Add few fresh mint leaves if desired.
    1/4 cup mint leaves

Notes

  • You need to add slightly warm water but never hot to mix everything nicely and bring the color. Just warm up in a kettle or in a pot.
  • Add more honey if the drink is not to sweet for your liking.
  • You can strain raspberries and eat them separately or leave them in a drink.
  • The drink taste the best on the same day. You can keep it overnight in the fridge, but don’t keep it more than 24 hours.
