- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
Filling
- 1 cup frozen strawberries thawed & sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries thawed
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
Crumble
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened

- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar

In a medium bowl combine filling ingredients: pear, apple, lemon juice, coconut sugar and cinnamon. Combine well. Pour into the first mug.
In another bowl combine crumble ingredients: flour, oats, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Combine well. Add butter, mix ingredients very well. You can use your hand to knead the dough. Add on top of the first mug.
