Banana Cinnamon French Toast

  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cane sugar
  • 3 slices of bread
  • half banana sliced
  • oil for frying



  1. In a small bowl whisk the egg. Add milk, cinnamon and cane sugar. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Preheat frying pan with a little bit of oil.
  3. Dip each side of the bread in the mixture and cook on each side approximately 1-2 minutes on medium-low heat.
  4. Serve with banana and and drizzle with chocolate. Add a little maple syrup.
