Banana Cinnamon French Toast

- 3 slices of bread
- half banana sliced
- oil for frying

In a small bowl whisk the egg. Add milk, [easyazon_link identifier="B000WS1KHM" locale="US" tag="ilospas-20"]cinnamon[/easyazon_link] and cane sugar. Mix all ingredients together.
Preheat frying pan with a little bit of oil.
Dip each side of the bread in the mixture and cook on each side approximately 1-2 minutes on medium-low heat.
