Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in the blender coconut milk, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and banana.
    1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 banana
  • Blend all ingredients together. Blender select Boost Yes Extract if using Ninja Blender.

Notes

  • Coconut Milk - Oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk or any other can be substituted for coconut milk. 
  • Either fresh or frozen fruits are good to make this smoothie.
  • You don’t have to add banana, but it will add extra sweetness to the drink.
  • You need a good blender, I recommend these Ninja Kitchen Blender or Mega Kitchen Blender.
