Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion small
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 8 tortillas small
- 1 avocado large
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro chopped
Pour oil on the bottom of the crockpot.
Slice onion and add to the crockpot.
Cut chicken breasts into strips, add it to the crockpot on the top of the onion.
Add seasonings to the chicken breasts: onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, sweet paprika, oregano, sea salt.
Slice each bell pepper. If you add them to the crockpot in the beginning they will be mushy. If you would like them to be more crunchy add them 1 hour before ending the cooking.
Cook on high for 2 - 3 hours.
Slice avocado.
Stuff tortilla with chicken. Add avocado and cilantro.
