Honey balsamic brussel sprouts cooked in Air Fryer or baked in oven.
- 1 lb. brussel sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Wash brussel sprouts in water, cut the stems, cut brussel sprouts in half.
Prepare marinate by combining oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder and salt.
In a large bowl combine brussel sprouts with half marinate (reserve the rest).
Air Fryer Option: Place brussel sprouts in the Air Fryer basket, set temperature for 360 F and cook for 12 - 15 minutes, depends how crunchy you would like your veggie. You can increase the time of cooking if you need softer brussel sprouts.
Oven Option: Preheat oven to 400 F, prepare baking sheet with parchment paper, spread brussel sprouts on the baking sheet, bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
After cooking drizzle with remaining balsamic vinegar marinate.
- If you don't have Air Fryer don't worry you can make these balsamic brussel sprouts in the oven, just follow the recipe. If you are looking for Air Fryer this is the one I recommend Secura Air Fryer, it is big and I don't have to cook my food in batches, perfect for families. Also, I have Gourmia Air Fryer that I like but it is much smaller, if you have more food you would have to cook in batches, perfect for 1 -2 people.
- You have to remember to reserve half the balsamic marinate, the rest of the sauce you should add it after cooking, this will enhance the taste.
- What can I serve with brussel sprouts? You can serve your crunchy veggies with Best Swedish Meatballs and Homemade Garlic Mashed Potatoes, if you want to make a complete vegetarian dinner serve it with Easy Vegetarian Baked Ziti.
