Wash brussel sprouts in water, cut the stems, cut brussel sprouts in half.
1 lb. brussel sprouts
Prepare marinate by combining oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder and salt.
2 Tbsp. oil, 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp. honey, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. salt
In a large bowl combine brussel sprouts with half marinate (reserve the rest).
Air Fryer Option: Place brussel sprouts in the Air Fryer basket, set temperature for 360 F and cook for 12 - 15 minutes, depends how crunchy you would like your veggie. You can increase the time of cooking if you need softer brussel sprouts.
Oven Option: Preheat oven to 400 F, prepare baking sheet with parchment paper, spread brussel sprouts on the baking sheet, bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
After cooking drizzle with remaining balsamic vinegar marinate.
