Lay down parchment paper on the baking pan. The parchment paper will help the chocolate not to stick to the pan. Put pretzel sticks nicely on the parchment paper. Melt chocolate in the microwave or use double boiler method (fill lower pan with water, bring water to simmer, put chocolate in top pan and stir). Pour melted chocolate on pretzel sticks. Decorate with any sprinkles. Set aside for awhile or put to fridge and wait when chocolate will harden. Cut into desired shapes when ready.
