Baked Potatoes with Garlic Butter, Dill and Radishes
- 2 large red potatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons garlic butter
- 3-4 radishes
- 1/2 cup chopped dill
Wash red potatoes very well and do not peel. Immerse into water and cook for about 1 hour or until they are cooked and soft. Set aside and let them cool off.
Put parchment paper on cooking sheet, spread some garlic butter on it. Slice potatoes (about 1/2 inch thick) and put them nicely on the cooking sheet. Spread garlic butter on them. Bake at 390 F for about 20 minutes. When they are done, add shredded radishes and dill on each potato. Serve immediately:)
