Carrot Strawberry Banana Smoothie

- 3/4 cup peeled & sliced carrots
- 1 small banana
- 1 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 cup water
In a medium pan pour 1 cup water and add carrots. Cook until soft, if necessary add more water. When carrots will be soft, cool them off and do not drain water. We will use it for smoothie.
Blend carrots, strawberries and banana. If it will be to thick add a little more water.
