Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Mix oat flour and brown sugar together. Add melted coconut oil.
Add water to the dough, mix it and make a ball. It can be sticky.
Oil the 9" round pan with butter.
Lay nicely the dough. Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool off.
Prepare the top part by mixing yogurt with thawed cool whip.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Keep in refrigerator.
It is best to keep in fridge one hour before serving.
