Turkey Meatballs {Hidden Veggie}

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 0.518 kg or 1lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. grated carrot it can be more
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • salt/pepper to taste

Optional

  • Store-bought or homemade teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare pan and lay parchment paper.
  • Mix ground turkey with egg, grated carrot, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  • Form small balls and lay on parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
