Turkey Meatballs {Hidden Veggie}

- 0.518 kg or 1lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. grated carrot it can be more
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- salt/pepper to taste
Optional
- Store-bought or homemade teriyaki sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare pan and lay parchment paper.
Mix ground turkey with egg, grated carrot, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Form small balls and lay on parchment paper.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
