- 15 dates
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup walnuts pieces
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes unsweetened
Pitted dates soak in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes.
In the blender add dates with water and walnuts. Blend all very well.
In a medium bowl combine dates, walnuts, almond meal and cacao powder.
Form 12 - 15 balls. Roll each ball in coconut flakes.
