Homemade Granola Bars {Gift Idea}

- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup flaxseeds
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 small chopped banana
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lay parchment paper in 8 x 8 pan.
In a large bowl mix oat flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds,flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon and pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl mix almond milk, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Add chopped banana.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Add dried apricots.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Keep refrigerated.
