Strawberry Chia Smoothie

- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 dates pitted
- 1 banana
- 1 4 oz. yogurt, strawberry or vanilla
- 5 - 7 strawberries
Soak chia seeds in almond milk.
Soak dates in warm water.
Slice and freeze banana.
After 15 minutes, place chia seeds/almond milk, dates, banana, yogurt and sliced strawberries to the blender.
Blend until all smooth
