Coconut Sugar Cinnamon Baked Pears Dessert
Healthy oven baked pears dessert with cinnamon, coconut sugar and coconut oil.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut pears in half lengthwise, remove the inside core with small spoon and make a hole.
In a medium bowl combine oats, coconut oil, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Stuff each pear with the mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are soft and oats are crunchy.
- Firstly, it is important to cut the pear in half lengthwise to easily remove the core.
- Peeling the pear is not necessary but you can do it if you prefer that way.
- The recipe calls for rolled oats but you can also use quick oats as well.
- Serve these baked pears with sour cream, plain greek yogurt or any flavored yogurt.
