  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut pears in half lengthwise, remove the inside core with small spoon and make a hole.
  • In a medium bowl combine oats, coconut oil, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  • Stuff each pear with the mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are soft and oats are crunchy.


  • Firstly, it is important to cut the pear in half lengthwise to easily remove the core.
  • Peeling the pear is not necessary but you can do it if you prefer that way.
  • The recipe calls for rolled oats but you can also use quick oats as well.
  • Serve these baked pears with sour cream, plain greek yogurt or any flavored yogurt.
