Farmer’s Cheese and Cranberry Appetizer

of baguette

farmer's cheese
2
tsp.
milk
1
tsp.
sugar
1/2
cup
cranberry apple jam
Extras
oil spray
orange wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place each slice of baguette on baking sheet. bake for 5 minutes. Spray with oil.
In a small bowl combine farmer's cheese, milk and sugar.
Remove baguette from the oven and cool off. Top each slice with farmer's cheese and cranberry apple jam
Enjoy!
Notes
Cottage cheese might be used instead of farmer's cheese. Yiu can omit milk and sugar while using cottage cheese.
