Salsa Mango Mini Cups

Easy to make with only 4 ingredients mango salsa served in chips scoops.

  • 1 large tomatoes
  • 1 mango
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 30 chips scoops


  • In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Fill each chips scoop just before the party or at the party. After few hours chips might become soggy. It can be served in a bowl and chips aside (Like salsa)
