Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion diced
- 4 Italian sausages spicy, medium or mild
- 2 garlic cloves pressed or chopped
- 3 white potatoes peeled, diced
- 8 cups stock or water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups kale chopped
- 19 oz. cannellini beans 540 ml
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pot.1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- Add onion to the pot, cook for about 3 minutes until slightly brown.1 onion
- Add sausages to the pot, cook over medium-high heat until fully cooked for approximately 5 minutes, add garlic and cook additional 2 minutes.4 Italian sausages, 2 garlic cloves
- Add diced potatoes. Add chicken broth and salt. Bring mixture to boil then reduce heat to low-medium heat. Cook for approximately 25 minutes, slighly covered.3 white potatoes, 8 cups stock, 1 tsp. salt
- Add kale and beans, cook for 5 minutes.2 cups kale, 19 oz. cannellini beans
- Remove from heat, add whipping cream.1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
