Oven Baked Chicken Thighs
Juicy and crispy oven baked chicken thighs seasoned with garlic and sweet paprika.
- 9 chicken thighs
- 1 red onion small
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper optional
Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat. Place chicken thighs. Preheat oven to 350 F.
Slice the red onion. Set aside.
In a small glass container melt butter.
In another small container mix sweet paprika, garlic powder and salt. Add black pepper but this is optional.
Marinate the chicken on both sides with butter. Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of chicken thigh.
Stuff red onion slices between chicken thighs.
Bake for 70 - 90 minutes.
