  • 5 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3/4 cup feta cubed
  • 1 cucumber mini, sliced
  • 10 basil leaves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey


  • In a large bowl combine watermelon, feta, cucumber and basil leaves.
  • In a small bowl mix olive oil with lemon juice and honey.
  • Mix in dressing into the salad.



  • You can remove the skin from cucumber, but this is optional. Mini cucumbers usually have soft skin.
  • Fresh basil leaves taste the best in this recipe, but you can use freeze dried basil as well.
  • Add more salt if you prefer more flavor, feta is already salty, that's why there is no additional salt in this recipe.
