- Make a dressing with olive oil, lemon juice and honey.

- You can remove the skin from cucumber, but this is optional. Mini cucumbers usually have soft skin.
- Fresh basil leaves taste the best in this recipe, but you can use freeze dried basil
as well.
- Add more salt if you prefer more flavor, feta is already salty, that’s why there is no additional salt in this recipe.

- 5 cups watermelon cubed
- 3/4 cup feta cubed
- 1 cucumber mini, sliced
- 10 basil leaves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. honey
