  • 5 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3/4 cup feta cubed
  • 1 cucumber mini, sliced
  • 10 basil leaves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine watermelon, feta, cucumber and basil leaves.
    5 cups watermelon, 3/4 cup feta, 1 cucumber, 10 basil leaves
  • In a medium bowl whisk olive oil with lemon juice and honey.
    1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. honey
  • Once the dressing is ready, pour it over the watermelon, cucumber, feta, and basil mixture in the large bowl. Gently toss all the ingredients to ensure they are evenly coated with the dressing, allowing the flavors to meld together.
