Easy Confetti Cupcakes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup golden yellow sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 Tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream it has to be cold
- 2 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare muffin tin with liners (about 12).
In a large bowl beat the butter with sugar.
Add eggs, flour, baking powder and vanilla extract. Beat for about 2 minutes.
Spoon the batter into baking liners.
Bake for 20 minutes. Check if cupcakes are ready. Inserted toothpick should come out clean.
Remove cupcakes from muffin tin and transfer to wire rack. Let them cool off.
