Lemon Basil Pork Chop

Calories:
- 1 tsp. lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. basil dried
- 1 pork chop
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup brown rice or spelt or barley
In a small bowl mix lemon juice, canola oil, garlic powder and basil. Marinate pork chop for at least 30 minutes.
Grill on for 10 minutes on George Foreman grill or fry on the frying pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook frozen green peas and brown rice according to the package instructions. Serve with pork chop.
