Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Smoked Gouda cheese*
  • 1/2 lb Anco Gouda Spiced cheese*
  • 2 cups Walnuts in shell
  • 1 cup Peanuts in shell
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Pretzels
  • 1 cup Black olives
  • 10 Plums
  • 2 Apples cut into slices
  • 2 Pears cut into slices
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

Instructions

  • Put nicely all ingredients on the large platter, board or tray including cheeses, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, pretzels, olives, plums, apples and pears. Spread some honey all over fruits.

* Any two types of cheeses can be used. **This is approximate recipe, add more ingredients or less according to your needs.
