Fruit and Yogurt Parfait with Frozen Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 6 grapes frozen
  • 6 raspberries
  • 6 blueberries
  • 3 strawberries

Instructions

  • Prepare 3 jars, make layers of granola and yogurt.
  • Put approximately 3 tablespoons of yogurt on the bottom of the jar. Add 2 tablespoons of granola. Repeat the layers.
  • Top it with frozen grapes, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.

Notes

  • You can use any type of yogurt, for instance greek or non dairy yogurts are perfect for this recipe too.
  • You should freeze grapes at least the day before. Keep in mind, you can keep frozen grapes in the freezer for few months before consuming. Grapes are optional, you can use only berries.
  • Make your own protein homemade granola to use in this recipe, you'll know what ingredients are used in granola. If you don't want to make your own you can buy granolas.
  • This recipe is approximate, you should add more ingredients when necessary, it mainly depends on the size of the jars. You can also add more fruits if you wish.
