Parmesan Broccoli Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of fish cod or any other kind
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • In the container mix oil with lemon, add fish and leave it for 1-2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Prepare baking sheet, lay down parchment paper. Put fish fillets, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover with broccoli and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 35 - 40 minutes.
