Triple Berry Smoothie

Healthy, vegan and dairy free mixed triple berry smoothie with coconut milk.

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 banana


  • Put all ingredients in the blender coconut milk, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and banana.
  • Blend all ingredients together. Blender select Boost Yes Extract if using Ninja Blender.



  • Either fresh or frozen fruits are good to make this smoothie.
  • You don’t have to add banana, but it will add extra sweetness to the drink.
  • SUBSTITUTIONS: Oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk or any other can be used instead of coconut milk.
